WHY THIS NOTICE
This information will allow you to know in detail how the personal data that you provide us through filling out the form to contact P. Bastiani S.r.l. will be processed.
WHO WE ARE

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
In filling out the form on the site, personal data will be collected, i.e., data that allows your identification, even indirectly, such as, for example, name, surname, address, email, or other data that you will voluntarily release in filling out the “Message” free space, which will be processed:
a) even without your specific consent, in order to fulfill pre-contractual and contractual obligations, as well as legal and fiscal obligations connected with the service provided. Email addresses or phone numbers, including mobile, may be used to send commercial communications limited to similar products or services already provided.
b) with your explicit consent, your physical address, email address, or mobile phone number will be processed for marketing purposes to send generalized promotional or advertising communications and for carrying out market research (e.g., automated calls, emails, newsletters, SMS, and any other electronic channel).
Failure to provide personal data for purposes related to legal, contractual, or pre-contractual obligations will result in the inability to provide/receive the requested service.
Failure to consent to the processing for the purposes of b) does not affect the enjoyment of services and the requested performance.
DATA OF CHILDREN UNDER 14
Children under 14 are not authorized to provide any personal data, nor to register on the site. If it is verified that the declarations made are not truthful, all received data will be deleted.
PROCESSING METHODS
The data will be entered into an electronic database and/or stored in paper archives.
The data will not be subject to automated decision-making, nor will any profiling of any kind be carried out.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data may be known by the company's collaborators and employees, as subjects authorized to process and specifically trained.
The data may be communicated to external parties (e.g., consultants, technicians, tax advisors, legal advisors, manufacturing companies, agents, consulting firms, etc.) for the fulfillment of contractual obligations undertaken, if there is a need for their involvement. These subjects will operate as independent Controllers or will be designated as Processors with a specific contract or legal document.
Data for the purpose b) will be communicated to Mira S.R.L, located in via Statuto 17 Abbiategrasso (MI), a company entrusted by P.BASTIANI S.r.l. unipersonale to provide the sending of informative and promotional material.
The data will not be disseminated, nor will it be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The company will retain your data for a duration of 10 years, or for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes outlined above, for fiscal, accounting, and legal necessities, and also to respond to your possible needs for access and retrieval of data. The data processed for the purpose b) will be kept from the moment you have given your consent until such consent is revoked.
THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the right to exercise the rights provided for in articles 15-21 of the European Regulation 2016/679, namely, in summary, to ask the company at the contact details indicated above for access to your data and the correction, or deletion, of the same or the restriction of the processing concerning you, or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If the response to your requests is not satisfactory, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, located at Piazza Venezia n. 11 - 00187 Rome.
